Terms and Conditions of Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance
1. General Information
Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance are online point-of-sale system services designed to manage inventory, sales, and purchases.
- Adminit Lite is a free service with limits on the number of users, products, and technical support. It allows only one branch and does not include backups.
- Adminit Advance is an annual paid service with no limits on users or products. It offers premium support, backup creation assistance, and all additional system features.
2. Registration and Required Data
To register for Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance, the following information is required:
- Subdomain name
- First name
- Last name
- Company name
- Email address
- Password (for Client Area access)
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal code
- Country
- Phone number
3. Installation and Access
Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance are installed on an Adminit server for access from internet-enabled devices. Users cannot access the system's source code or database.
4. Service Limitations
- Adminit Lite:
- Users: 1 user.
- Branches: 1 location.
- Technical Support: Basic support.
- Products: Limited to 50 products.
- Features: Includes electronic invoicing 4.0, sales, purchase, and customer registration, and inventory control.
- Adminit Advance:
- Users: Unlimited users.
- Branches: 1 location.
- Technical Support: Premium support.
- Products: Unlimited.
- Features: Includes all system functionalities.
5. Validity and Activity
- Adminit Lite remains active as long as there has been activity within the last 30 calendar days. If inactive for 30 days, the system will be backed up and canceled.
- Adminit Advance costs $188 per year. Each service year, a Service Order is generated and sent for system renewal payment. If payment is not received before the Service Order's due date, the system will be suspended. Suspended systems are backed up and deleted after one month without payment. It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to notify their payment through any available contact methods listed in the Contact section of the main website.
6. Service Activation
Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance may take up to 48 hours to activate, depending on domain name system updates.
7. Privacy Policies
Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance are committed to protecting user privacy. The information collected during registration will be used exclusively for system operations and will not be shared with third parties without the user’s explicit consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to Adminit Lite and Adminit Advance belong to Adminit. Users have no rights over the system’s source code or database.
9. Limitation of Liability
Adminit is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Adminit Lite or Adminit Advance.
10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
Adminit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to users through the website or via email.
